Happy November!

Wow, seems like this year has flown by...I thnk I say that every year but now that I have a very busy toddler time literally flies by. My favorite time of year are the Holidays, so you know what that means-family, food, gatherings, parties, and well more food. What I'm  not loving these days is the 90 degree weather we've had -ugh and its now November! We are however supposed to have a little cold front coming in..(I'll keep my fingers crossed)!

In other news we are attending a new church,  which is also Gabriella's new daycare center. We are so very pleased with the move and she's loving it and learning so much. The other day we woke up to her singing the "Wheels on the Bus Go and as she would say "Ahh Dow, Ahh Dow" (Up and down). She also does "Head and Shoulders, Knees and Toes" and touches her head, (we still need to work on the other parts, lol). She's growing and striving beautifully- but of course I'm a little biased, just a little.

I'm not exactly sure what the point to this post is other than enjoy the initial start of the Holiday Season, because you know the malls are all decked out with Christmas decor already-geez:P

Happy November and I hope this makes you smile-it did me:)!

Dewberry Farm Pumpkin Patch

We drove out to Dewberry Farm this past weekend. We enjoyed it very much, more so than last year since Gabriella was only 6 weeks old when we took her. She actaully enjoyed herself very much like she always does and had fun picking out her pumpkin. I think she was a little confused and thought the pumpkins were balls, which she is currently obsessed with-little, big, whatever she loves balls! Anyway she would get the pumpkin then would throw it on the ground like she does her balls. Here are some  a lot of pictures from this weekend.
P.S. I did wish it would've been cooler, its a little ridiculous that its 90 something degrees in October, aww well! We had great frun:)

My 29th Birthday/ New Orleans

We celebrated my 29th birthday (yikes) by having dinner at Italiano's, a local Italian restaurant with my family and us. The following weekend Hubby and I took a short but very fun weekend trip to New Orleans. We roamed the streets, ate, went sight seeing, had a few adult beverages and of course went to Cafe Du Monde the next morning. I had a great birthday! Most importantly this was the best gift ever: Gabriella's smile

We took her to the park when we came home from NOLA. We missed our girl!
